Mounting trapezoidal sheet

Mounting trapezoidal sheet

3.1 Measure sheet

Over the length of the sheet usually takes a long slope. When measuring the sheet from the inside razzhelobki, it is necessary to take into account the additional length of the sheet from razzhelobki at the interface of the main slope with protruding structures (see. Figure 16).
The recommended length for the different profiles listed in Table 2. When the ramp covering two or more sheets, take into account the overlap of — 200 mm. In the field of horizontal overlap use the seal. In exceptional cases, overlap, should be reported at the order of an additional joint it.

3.2 Calculation sheet

Calculate the number of sheets in the following way; the length of the cornice is divided by the useful width of the profile sheet and rounded up to a full unit (multiplied by the number of ramp). Useful width of the last sheet = total width of the ramp. Width (nominal) profiles, see. Table 1.
When measuring hip roof, cut trapezoidal sheet can not be used in the mirror — the opposite slope (capillary groove falls on the other side). Qualified personnel for the calculation of roofing Weckman help calculate the flow-sheet for your roofing. Cut sheet or hip roof valley is performed by the customer on the site.

3.5 Crate

Spacing and thickness of the boards lathing depend on the characteristics of the profile carrier sheet from the load and the angle of slope of the roof. Minimum cross-section of boards lathing — 22h100 mm. Recommended thickness of the boards and step fasteners are given in Table 3.
The roof structure with elements of safety on the roof (eg. Bridge on the roof, ice and snow breakers) is recommended in order to secure the mounting bases crate thickness of not less than 32h100 mm. The boards are attached to the rafters hot dip galvanized nails 2,8h75 mm (2 pcs./Chiasm).

Warning! Not to beat a horse, leave enough ventilation gap (see Fig.10).
Install the necessary additional support to boards and bars through terminals (eg. Fire hatch, ventilation lance, chimney). See Fig. 11.

3.6 Stacking sheets

During installation should be carefully walk on the metal, since the sheet can not withstand heavy loads! When walking on the profile sheet, to advance in the field crates: along - in bending waves across - in the fold profile.
Stacking sheets start from left to right or vice versa. Right- or left-handed antikapillyarny groove of each sheet during the installation to be served, followed by a sheet.
The sheets are placed on the eaves, with a projection of the cornice 45 mm. Installation of shingles should begin by strengthening the first sheet with one screw in the middle at the ridge, in the deflection profile. Then lay the second sheet and seal overlap with one screw at the eaves at the top of the profile. The sheet is aligned with the eaves, and fasten together with screws in the joint it 4,8h2,8 mm increments fasteners — 550 mm (when using vertical seals — a step fixture: 300 mm). Secure thus 3 — 4 sheets together and aligned using tracer pinch the bottom edge of the eaves. Only after this sheet is attached to the crate. Installing these sheets continue attaching the sheet first a the previous list and only then fastened to the furring.
If the number of sheets for the gable roof — odd, one sheet for cutting. Then stacking sheets on the second slope of the roof starts with the trimmed sheet.

3.7 Fixing sheet

Profiles: W - 2/1150, W-1/1064, W - 20/990 and W - 20R/1100 — is recommended to mount to the crate on top of the profile, screws 4,8h50 mm; 4,8h65 mm; 4,8h80 mm.
Profiles: W - 45 R/900 and W - 45E R /1000 are attached to the crate at the bottom of the profile 4,8h2,8 mm screws. For fastening profiled sheets using the screws provided with seals (EPDM rubber). Expedient fixing screws than nails, as the reliability of fastening screws twice.
To avoid dents in the sheet, the screws should not be tightened. For screwing the screws using an electric drill with stepless speed regulation and reverse motion.

Consumption of screws:

At the eaves:
Fixing to the sheathing/purlin fasteners in increments of not more than 400 mm
Vertical overlap:
Fasteners sheets together along the top of the profile, with fixing step is not more than 500 mm, with sealing gaskets in the joint it — not more than 300 mm.
In the pediment:
Fixing to the sheathing/runs, steps fixture less than 500 mm, or fasteners to each batten when the distance between the furring > 500 mm.
Horizontal overlap:
Fixing to the sheathing/girder on top of the wave proflya W-1, W-2 and W-20, in increments of fasteners not more than 400 mm.
Fixing to the sheathing/girder at the bottom wave proflya W-45 P with mounting step is not more than 400 mm.
At the ridge:
Fixing to the sheathing/girder at the bottom wave proflya, in increments of no more than 400 mm.

Consumption of screws — 6 pcs./Sq.m.
