1. Overview
1.1 Reception of goods
Check the number of the received goods on consignment. Complaints in relation to the quantity or quality of goods must be justified and claims the manufacturer or supplier within 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods at their destination. Defective product should not be used.
The factory is not responsible for improper installation or negligent handling of the products.
1.2 Safety.
Avoid moving large sheets in windy conditions to avoid damaging them. When working with metal sheets, use gloves and protective clothing as the edges are sharp and can be serrated. The roofing sheets are very slippery, especially wet or covered with ice. Use when walking on the roof of the safety rope and appropriate footwear. Check the condition and capacity of the mechanism. When the movement of goods under them is strictly prohibited. When installing, observe safety.
1.3 Storage.
The sheets must be unloaded on a flat wooden lining. Packages must be placed at a distance of 20 cm from the surface. Transverse bars should be located no more than a meter (see. Figure 1).
Fig. 1 sheet stacking and handling
When unloading the packages, sheets should be raised, in any case is not pulling. The sharp edge of the sheet may damage the finish of the underlying sheet. Thin metal sheets are easily scratched and bent, which requires careful handling. Too long sheets (shaped) can stretch or bend - they can not lift the edges. Move the sheet in an upright position, holding the sides.
Pollution from sheets to wash with neutral detergent. Strong cleaning agents can damage the plastic coating layer.
1.4. Storage and warehousing.
Galvanized sheets should not be stored in a dense package. Sheets should be laid on the inclined bars so that has got between the sheets of water can drain off and evaporate. Sheets of plastic-coated, can be stored in the package or without it, no more than two weeks. If you need to store more than two weeks, covered with plastic sheets stacked as galvanized. The sheets are bound in bundles to avoid trouble in windy conditions.
1.5 Preparing for installation.
Before installation, check the length of the roof slopes diagonally (see para. 2), to ensure squareness of the roof. The sheets are placed on the eaves.

Before laying the sheets, set the necessary additional support to boards and bars through terminals (eg. Fire hatch) and safety elements on the roof (roof and wall stairs, bridge railings, ice and snow breakers). Sheets raise the roof on vertical beams, leaning against obliquely from the eaves to the ground (see. Figure 3).

The required cutting does best hacksaw or scissors, manual electric saw with carbide teeth. Prohibited cutting sheet sander (Bulgarian) with abrasive wheels. Avoid the use of this instrument near the steel sheet at a distance of 10 meters, as the cutting of hot sparks and melted coating. Working surface of the sheet must be protected from all sorts of sparks and chips. Clean the surface of the sheet by cutting and drill shavings, and from all sorts of metal objects (fasteners, riveting), which can cause surface damage and corrosion. After installation it is recommended to paint colors corresponding to the metal edge of the metal at the eaves, on the edge of the leaf crop and scratches on the sheets. Use sufficiently high mounting racks spaced, easy to work.
